W.T. Jones provides a wide range of repair services to keep your machinery up & running. 

Capabilities

Many customers request that we disassemble their machine to perform lineboring operations. This has led us to offer general repair as a regular service. This includes:

Replacing undercarriage components on tracked machines

In addition to the normal tools that a mechanic would use we have some specialty tools for doing heavy repair work. 

Gear Pullers

W.T. Jones has a large assortment of manual & hydraulic pullers to disassemble components with out damage.

 
Hydraulic tools

We have a modest assortment of hydraulic rams to lift heavy items and center hole cylinders to install press fit bearings or pull pins

 
Specialty tools

Hydraulic sprocket puller for servicing Caterpillar® tractor final drives & other components.

        3200 Ft-Lb torque multiplier for tightening large fasteners

Magnetic Drill press to assist in removing broken bolts or fabrication project
